Harrisburg Baptist Church offers a variety of Sunday school classes for everyone in the family, encouraging every age to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ. Classes meet from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. every Sunday.
All of Harrisburg Baptist Church's Sunday school classes use Lifeway's Bible Studies for Life curriculum. "Bible Studies for Life" offers "a research-backed, biblical model of discipleship" where "every session is designed to provide a balanced, relatable, and age-appropriate group Bible study experience." Join other adult Sunday school attendees of all ages for a cup of coffee and grow together through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. The Fall 2023 curriculum includes studies "Staying True in a World Far From God" and "Confident in the Face of Hard Questions."
Young adults in grades 6-12 are invited to join junior high and high school students in studies "Living Unashamed" and "Confident." There's always plenty of coffee and pastries to go around!
Designed for kids in grades 1-5, our elementary kids' Sunday school class invites students to encounter God's word through music, crafts, games, and lessons. The Fall 2023 curriculum includes studies on obedience to God, following Jesus' example, and the importance of family.
Preschoolers and kindergarteners are invited to join in crafts, games, and lessons designed specifically for our youngest students. Fall 2023 units include "Love and Obey God," "God's Plan for Families," and "No One is Like God."
Our volunteers are ready to welcome kids ages 2 and younger to our nursery. The nursery is open only during the Sunday school and worship service times.
